Activity Notification Email from remote user not showing name

Steps to reproduce
Upload a file from a link sent to external email address with a password set.

Expected Behaviour
The folder owner should receive an email notification that says:
"remote user" Created file - Today...

Actual Behaviour
The owner receives an email notification that says:
"remote user" created file - Today at 9:15:10 AM
It doesn't show the actual user, which is ok with me, but the problem is it shows the coding of &quot etc...instead of the actual quotes.

This part of the email works fine when the editing user is an internal one.

Please note this is a user based support forum. If you're stumbling over issues like this which are more likely a bug you should report this directly to https://github.com/owncloud/core/issues (after you made sure that you're running the latest 9.1.5)
