Adding text to Login page

I'm trying to figure out what file to modify to add extra text under the the login form.

Can someone point me to the right file? It's not covered in the Theme'ing guides.

Hi Mark: Which text do you want to change? If it is the footer, it is in defaults.php file (you should create a new them and include this file there)
