Admin or admin group? what's the difference? ownCloud 9.1.1 (stable)

Hi,

I'm running ownCloud 9.1.1 (stable) and I've noticed that on the Users page I have a group called Admins, but in the column of Groups for each user, it is listed as admin [sic].

Are these related? And is the Admin group something I created or a group of users who have admin rights? See my screenshot below:
