Admin users page loads endlessly

Hello

I hope to use the right category:
Since few days, my admin users page loads endlessly... I can not see users.
It seems also that some users can no longer connect (server does not respond).

My data/owncloud.log file did 2 gigas, I emptied it.
My shared server (Infomaniak) shows 77% of occupied space.

Please do you know this problem? Do you think just add memory can solved this?

I use OC 9.1.0

This looks way too outdated to me. Maybe you can first update to 9.1.8 and then to 10.0.7 to run a recent and supported version?
