when you created this issue you was asked to add your configurations and logs, especially owncloud.log which you decided not to do.
Without this nobody will be able to help you.

I wonder why you did not write this in your first posting.
Anyway, from the distance it looks to me that one or more of your apps are broken (assumption).
I’d suggest to disable all apps but some basic ones. For this you will have to connect to your database and run the following statement: (you sure have got backups in case something goes wrong, don’t you?)
UPDATE oc_appconfig SET configvalue="no" WHERE appid NOT IN ('activity', 'dav', 'files', 'files_external', 'files_sharing', 'files_trashbin', 'files_versions', 'market') AND configkey='enabled';
This might revive your installation.

Does this mean you reinstalled?
Very unfortunate, as you gave up to quick. You omitted a great opportunity to learn. IMHO there is no better way to learn and understand how owncloud works, than by fixing a messed up instance.
Think about it next time.
BTW, as @cortho stated above, you should come up right from the beginning with all relevant info. We’re pleased to help, but pulling together everything by questions is a huge waste of time, for all of us.
