After Upgraded 9.1.1, old local user can't log in

Please help us by providing the following info. Before posting please also check the pinned "Known issues" threads and make sure that you're running the latest available version for your oC release:

Steps to reproduce
1.Backup owncloud folder & database
2.Download & Unzip Owncloud
3.Copy config, data to New owncloud folder
4.Upgrade owncloud command
5.From 7.04->7.0.15->8.0.15->8.1.10->8.2.8->9.0.5->9.1.1

Expected behaviour
After Upgraded 9.1.1, old local user can't loged in to owncloud only create new local user can log in normally. Tell me what should i do?

consider that when server-side encryption is enabled, after upgrading to 8.0 and 8.1 an additional step is required that is manually migrating your encryption keys with the occ command:

Also, the log entries you posted are referring to LDAP users and not to local ones.

Thank you very much, i missed old config.php copy to new server so difference passwordsalt on 2 server. Solved
