All files unavailable or invisible

Hi,
It is rare that I can access the files in owncloud, regardless of the computer that I use, most of the time I can not see the content via browser.
Through APP I can already see.

My colleagues can access, apparently it is only me who has difficulty.
I've tried using different users but the problem persists.

By trial and error, I try experimenting and sooner or later I can see, which is even stranger!

What could be causing this?

have you tried different browsers?

Do you use another operating system or are you in another group of employees without the same permission rights (firewall rules)?
