Are LDAP and 2FA authentication compatible?

Are LDAP backend and 2FA supposed to work together on the ownCloud 10 Server?

LDAP and Duo Authenticator work. I probably had LDAP and 2FA before I implemented Duo Authenticator in my ownCloud, but it’s been too many years ago to remember. Why not just test it out and see for yourself?
