Authentication via Microsoft AD

good day

im trying to setup splunk to authenticate via Microsoft AD and im getting the following error

Encountered the following error while trying to save: Could not find userBaseDN on the LDAP server: dc=fnb,dc=co,dc=za.

not sure what i need to type as i have played around with few ideas but nothing happens
