I would like to activate the SSO using the REMOTE_USER variable that contains the ID of the connected user.
It’s possible with OwnCloud 9.1 ? With a external app maybe ?

in ownCloud this is not supported yet:
An app which provided / used REMOTE_USER is available for oC 7 here:
https://apps.owncloud.com/content/show.php/user_servervars?content=167947
Probably just a matter of making this app compatible with recent oC versions.
