I have no clue, from where you have this URL. Try this:

The link is from the owncloud/core GitHub repository Readme. This URL uses https://doc.owncloud.com/server/**latest**/admin_manual/installation/ which automatically redirects to the documentation of the latest stable version of the ownCloud.

As we accidentally redirected to the unreleased version 10.11, this results in a 404. Thanks for pointing this out, fixed.
