Issue
Our server stop without apparent reason. Then when it restart, the dev path of the disk have changed without warning. Has I did have the same folders on both drive I did not see at first look that the drive was not set correctly.
Whatever, Owncloud started with an empty folder and it remove files from user desktop while synchronising it (That is a quiet strange behavior).
Then we discovered that the folder was not the good one, we down owncloud container, change the disk mounted configuration, remount at the correct position, restart owncloud docker container and , run a files:scan --all to reupdate owncloud database.
The owncloud server is running with encryption module with user encryption level.
But any file we try to get, we got the message :
Ce site est inaccessible
Il se peut que la page Web à l’adresse >https://xxxxxxx/remote.php/webdav/XXXXXXXXXXXXX/XXXXX/BLOGS%20France/Blogueurs%20Francophones.xlsx soit temporairement inaccessible ou qu’elle ait été déplacée de façon permanente à une autre adresse Web.
ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE
And I can open any files.
Actual behaviour
Can’t open any files

SELECT * FROM `oc_appconfig` WHERE `appid` = 'user_ldap';
Eventually replace sensitive data as the name/IP-address of your LDAP server or groups.
