Block use of personal space?

Hi!
I just wonder if there is a way to block employees personal storage on the server to save diskspace etc, but also to prevent them from storing something unwanted on our cloudserver.

Hey,

from what i have read in the past you could set a quota of “0” for these users.

Correct. Or just make them a guest user in the first place if you don’t have them in a directory …

but will that not block them for using the shared work space too? Eg. they cannot upload anything?

Hey,

from what i have read in the past the quota doesn’t apply to folders shared from another user (with a higher quota) to the user with a quota of 0.
