All data related to owncloud are in /var location? So I should put all disk prepared for storage for owncloud in /var mouting?

i think this depends completely on how you’re installing ownCloud. For example you could install ownCloud to /var/www/owncloud but place the data directory to e.g. /srv/owncloud/data
