I installed DAVdroid on my android smartphone. The calendar synchronization from owncloud on the server down to the android works. How or where can I configure that it also synchronizes from the android up to owncloud on the server?
I don't think that there is anything you need to configure in ownCloud to make this to work. It should work "out of the box".
Double check the settings in davdroid - there is a setting for one-way-sync somewhere ...
