Can i prevent users from renaming a shared folder, removing their shares and creating new folders?

Hello,

All users have a quota of 0 Bytes but they still can create folders so i was wondering if i can disable that. And users can remove and rename their shared folders and i want to disable that too. How do i do this?

Hey,

i think most of the questions are answered in Custom user permissions or pointers where given how to request such a functionality / feature. But i don’t think that you can prevent users from creating folders.

Regarding your second question: Users can rename their shares, there is no option to prevent this. Note, that this only affects the display of a share, the original file/directory name will not be touched.
