Cannot print PDF files

Hi

I am using the safari browser on my iPad to view my files on owncloud. I can open the PDF file in PDF viewer, click on the printer icon in PDF viewer and connect to the airplay printer. The dialog box to choose the printer appears, I chose my printer but it prints out a white paper. I tried to print different pdfs on different printers and I got the same problem, always a white paper with no text on it.

Hi there,

you should download the document, and then print it. Printing out of the view is currently not supported.

Thank you so much for your answer. I tried to download the document using the download icon in the viewer but it did not work. And when I tried to use the main download icon in OC, all the documents in the folder were downloaded.

Is there another option to download just the document I need?
