Hi Guys, sorry this isnt as detailed as it should be.
i have zero experience with OwnCloud and servers, im more desktop hardware, and our old IT guy really left us in the lurch.
Despite being able to change storage allocations, and the server having the free capacity, no matter what size i change it to, its not reflected for the user.
EG: user default is 1.2GB, i change to 5GB and it will update in the admin CP, but nothing changes for the user, even after resync.
Steps to reproduce

Expected behaviour
when set to storage size, it should be replicated for the user
Actual behaviour
Storage capacity shows increased in admin panel, but not for user. still showing original capacity
