Cannot upload PDF via Web Interface

Fresh install from Bluehost.com shared web server. Softaculous App Installer.

I can upload all other files except pdf. There aren’t large files. Only 72kb. I do have bigger and the same error persists:
Unknown error “error” uploading file :“filename”

I tried to paste config report but said it was too big. I do have a link to the file in my owncloud I can provide. Thank you!

Hello - do you have SSH access to your server?

If yes - please post the error message in the log file.

Where would the log file be located.
