We have Owncloud connected to a Raspberry Pi. The router for the home was recently switched out by Verizon two days ago and we can not access OwnCloud and Pi from outside the home. Not sure where or how to update this??
You have to activate port forwarding again. port forwarding + router model should give you some results on your favourite search engine.
