Can't log in after purchase

After purchase on 23-rd I didn’t received any link or login details. I’ve wrote several emails but still don’t have a feedback. Called on the phone today - the same.

Does anyone could give me an advice?

Because of this i think it could be required to use the support contact mentioned below and if that has been already used then i think there might be some patience required due to possible holiday times.
