Can't Login After Upgrading

Please help us by providing the following info. Before posting please also check the pinned "Known issues" threads and make sure that you're running the latest available version for your oC release: https://owncloud.org/changelog/

Steps to reproduce
1. Enter login details
2. Can't log in

Expected behaviour
Be taken to the Files screen after login

Actual behaviour
Doesn't Log in

Server configuration
Operating system: Shared hosting server so not sure how to get below information. Guidance would be appreciated.

PHP version:
ownCloud version (see ownCloud admin page): Can't see own cloud admin page as can't log in
Updated from an older ownCloud or fresh install: Upgrade.
Special configuration (external storage, external authentication, reverse proxy, server-side-encryption): N/a

Login as admin user into your ownCloud and access
http://example.com/index.php/settings/integrity/failed
paste the results here.

I just noticed that there was no https in the browser so I tried manually typing https:// before the link and this worked. It allowed me to log in.
