Can't make folder, delete folder or file but can upload files

Steps to reproduce
1.Login to the owncloud web application (also creates errors when using desktop client)
2.create a folder, remove a folder or remove an existing file
3. you get a message the folder can not be created or the file/folder is not removed.

Expected behaviour
I would expect that the folder/file gets deleted or created

Actual behaviour
Returns an error that it can not be deleted

Server configuration
Operating system: Debian jessie
Web server: Directadmin
Database: MySQL
PHP version: PHP 5.6
ownCloud version (see ownCloud admin page): ownCloud 9.1.1 (stable)
Updated from an older ownCloud or fresh install: fresh install but just updated. Both fresh and updated install same problem.
Special configuration (external storage, external authentication, reverse proxy, server-side-encryption):none of these

Integrity status for oC9+

Login as admin user into your ownCloud and access
http://example.com/index.php/settings/integrity/failed
paste the results here.
Integrity checker has been disabled. Integrity cannot be verified.

I checked the permission of the www-data I believe from the top of my head and it can acces everything. Owncloud is installed with installatron.

Also I tried restorting php.ini and setting everything to default value (php-mod) but no luck either. Also befoire the log was empty but now it just showed some information!

Hi,

could you clean your data/owncloud.log and try to reproduce this issue. There logentries doesn't look relevant to me.

Also make sure that you're not using any 3rdparty apps which are often causing such seen issues.

As you have already reported that also to the bugtracker i'm closing here. You should really avoid to post issues on various places...
