Cant upload any file, it shows progress but it doesnt upload

Hi there, I created my private domain and Im hosting space. I created also subdomain wit own cloud running it, but I have a problem, since I can uplaod only some things, not everything. FOr example I can uplaod pictures and new documents but cant uplaod already existing documents that I made and are ok. The progress bar shows but it doesnt upload the document or the file.
Can someone explain me please what am I doing wrong or if there needs to be cahngedsettings?
