CentOS Upgrade Path from 8.1.9-12.1/@isv_ownCloud_community to something more current

Is there a procedure for catching up to a more recent version of Owncloud? This 8.1.9 is starting to get old enough that it worries me…

Currently running CentOS 6.9, but that’ll probably need upgrading shortly too…
