I can't connect to my owncloud server from the app https://www.microsoft.com/fr-ch/store/p/owncloud/9pj6d2hkq1zt
I have a certificate error ssl, there is no option to create an exception.
with the version "ownCloud desktop client for Windows" which is installed on another pc this one works without problems, as well as the android and ios version.

Could you describe your setup?
Are you trying to access the server from an app on android or iOS?

Open a new issue on https://github.com/owncloud/OwncloudUniversal/issues or use the diagnostic report function inside the app.
I think you need to do as the app description says, and open an issue in the according GitHub repository
