Client 2.4 now 5 ! clicks to link

Expected behaviour

The client 2.4.4 needs 5 (!!) clicks now to share a simple link.
The client 2.3.4 needs 3 clicks.

I was going back to 2.3.4.
Why is it going to be more complicated with every new version?
I hope I can use the client 2.3 for a very long time…

    (On Windows using cmd.exe, you might need to first cd into the ownCloud directory)

Thank you very much for your valuable feedback. We really need to improve here.

For the 2.5.0, an “Copy public link to clipboard” option has been added to the context menu. Here you can test it:

I’ve tested 2.5.0 beta. But it has too many bugs. It’s not useable in everyday production.
The menue needs 5 clicks in this version, too.
A “Copy public link to clipboard” option in context menue was nowhere to be seen.
