Are there any parameters to specify the server url + no desktop icons while installing?

Yes, by compiling yourself (theme.cpp) or using ownBrander.
We are using the open-source version though and don’t want to start compiling our software ourselves.
So the normal installer doesn’t have any parameters for that?
