I run oc 10.0.3 on a shared server and plan to enable collabora online in order to allow collaborative editing to users.
I plan to buy a 1 core, 2.4Ghz, 2GB RAM, 10 GB SSD.
Can you tell the minimum requirement for the server I would buy to install on.

It should be enough.
I looked online and could not find a minimal req page for collabora.
I suppose it depends on the number of users you want to deliver this service to.
More users --> more ram.
