[Collabora] Unable to save an URL int owncloud parameters

Expected behaviour

I want to connect owncloud to the collabora URL on an external domain where i already install the collabara’s container.

Actual behaviour

I have change some other parameters successfully. But when i try to save the collaboara URL, there is no “save button” nor an automatic saved value after pressing ENTER

Server configuration

PHP version:
7.2.18
ownCloud version: (see ownCloud admin page)
ownCloud 10.1.1 (stable)

Updated from an older ownCloud or fresh install:
fresh install

Hi,
Please have a look at the screenshot at the bottom. I also have an ownCloud installation with the same version (also PHP version).
You need to hit the ‘Apply’ button visible in the screenshot, it took me a while as well until I found it…
