Connection is closed

Please help us by providing the following info. Before posting please make sure that you're running the latest available version for your oC release: https://owncloud.org/changelog/ + https://owncloud.org/changelog/desktop/

Steps to reproduce
1. Start Windows client, enter URL, enter user and password, perform the same in the mobile android.
2. Connection closed

Expected behaviour
You should be able to access the account.

Actual behaviour
Get a message that says "Connection closed".

Client configuration
Client version: 2.2.3
Client operating system: Windwos 10

Server configuration
Operating system:
Web server:
Database: MySQL v data. 5.5 1GB
PHP version: 7.0
ownCloud version (see ownCloud admin page): 9.1.0 (estable)
Updated from an older ownCloud or fresh install: new instalation.
ownCloud log (data/owncloud.log):

In the android client it works or do you get the same error?

Logfiles would be extremely helpful (check our faq how to obtain them).

Getting same issue with same version of oc and oc client. Not in all users. but those users having such problem can login in browser, after login says cannot find page.

As described in your issue try the todays released oC 9.1.1 before reporting issues in 9.1.0 which might be already fixed there.

If you have updated to 9.1.1 and the issue is still there create a new thread an make sure that you're filling out the prefilled template shown when creating a new thread. Especially this is important:
