Console.log is not a function

Hey,

why owncloud removed console.log? This is a fundemantal function and I don’t understand why it was removed.
If I want to use it the console shows

VM6794:1 Uncaught TypeError: console.log is not a function(…)

As a developer I am using it a lot but, how can I make it work again?
This was an issue in OC8 and also 9…

Is it just me or is the console.log disabled in owncloud? It didn't work in OC8 …and is not working in 9 either. When I use console.log I get. ``` console.log("Hello"); VM2900:1 Uncaught TypeError: console.log is not a function(…) ``` I have no Idea how to enable it, or why it was disabled in the first place as this is a very important function for development. I tried **delete console.log** but this is not working either. Browser is Chrome.
