[Contacts app] Importing .csv contacts

according to the documentation a user should be able to import contacts in .csv file format to the contacts app.

I assume you have been reading the docs for the old contacts app which was available until oc9.
The new contacts app as developed since oc9 does not yet provide such a feature.
