Corrupted config.php during upgdea from ownCloud 9 to 10

I am attempting to upgrade from ownCloud 9 to ownCloud 10. Unfortunately the config.php file was corrupted when changing to maintenance mode. I cannot recover the config.php file so I am wondering how I can complete the upgrade without the file.

can you please attach a screen shot from your errors?
error log in owncloud.log and error that owncloud shows in interface ,

There are no errors. I just missing a config.php. MySQL database and the data folder are intact.
I configured a new user after copying owncloud 10 files and when I log in all I see is the new admin user I created.

Can you recover config.php from a backup? To be honest once config.php is lost your instance is lost as well.
