I want to customize my owncloud (version 8.0.16)
First to change the logo and second to change the login background

Can you tell me, why the owncloud server over 8.0 is doesn't support windows?
No, this was before my time. But if you have windows 10, you can install owncloud in a docker container and use it with windows.
