Dear all ,
Currently we have all our data stored on box.com , we would like to migrate everyting to our own owncloud server.
Someone have experience with this? Can we transfer permissions? etc...

Great idea! Transfering metadata will be difficult. Transfering data will work best with a webdav mount for each box.com user.
Maybe check the Box API if you can actually get to the Metadata ... if you can't there is no way to transfer. But not sure if you are up for essentially developing a migration tool. There are some commercial offerings like Mover who also do this kind of stuff and some support WebDAV, but Metadata ... I doubt they have that.
