Debian_8.0 owncloud-9.1.6-1.1 | The Certificate is not active

Hi guyes,
i am trying to set up my own owncloud-server - but when i try to add the release.key it says the following:

root@lattepanda:/etc/apt/sources.list.d# wget -nv download.owncloud.com -O Release.key
FEHLER: Dem Zertifikat von »download.owncloud.org« wird nicht vertraut.
FEHLER: Dem Zertifikat von »download.owncloud.org« ist noch nicht aktiviert.
Das ausgestellte Zertifikat ist noch nicht aktiviert.

I am using Debian_8.8 without graphical interface on my lattepanda.

Am I doing something wrong?

My fault - I did not realise that ntp is per default “no” (off) /on a Debian System
I activatet the time sycronisation:

timedatectl set-ntp true

–>and no problem with the certificate
