I have a freenas with owncloud 9.1.2 and I tried to update it. The update don´t work and I delete the plugin and reintal de owncloud. So far so good… But wen I enter in the page, I lost all users and all data… whow can I recover it?

if the Freenas plugin installer is removing all ownCloud data then i think your only change is to get your data back from your backup. Maybe you could ask some one familiar with the Freenas plugin for more information?
