Desktop client does not sync all files

Hi everyone,

I face an issue, many of our files does not sync on the clients software in our local folder. As well as Linux client 2.32, 2.4, on windows or on mac too.

Many many files (1560) are not sync, and the same message is shown in the client unsync log. "

The server in on linux, version 10.0.2

Need help.

Server configuration

Operating system: Linux Debian, docker, for the server

Web server: Apache

Database:Postgresql

PHP version:7.0

ownCloud version:1.0.0.2

Storage backend (external storage): HD drive

Client configuration

Client version: 2.3.2 and 2.4

Operating system: Ubuntu 17 or windows 8 or 10 for the client

OS language: French

Qt version used by client package (Linux only, see also Settings dialog):
