I’m using ownCloud with a hosted setup and running into an issue with the desktop client. Files sometimes don’t sync properly — either uploads get stuck or changes don’t reflect on the server consistently.
I’m trying to figure out if this could be related to hosting limitations (like PHP settings, file size limits, or timeouts), or if it’s more of a client-side issue. From what I understand, syncing problems can sometimes be tied to server configuration rather than the desktop app itself.
Has anyone experienced similar issues with hosted ownCloud setups? If so, what should I check first — server config, logs, or client settings?
Any guidance would be really helpful
