Desktop Client - Sync entire data folder

Expected behaviour
All user account folders should syn between desktop and server

Actual behaviour
Not tried it yet, so nothing

Client configuration
Client version:2.3 (latest download)
Client operating system: Windows 7 Prof 64 bit

Server configuration
Operating system:Linux
Web server:don't know what these mean, sorry
Database:
PHP version:
ownCloud version (see ownCloud admin page): 9.1.4
Updated from an older ownCloud or fresh install: Fresh
Special configurations (external storage, external authentication, reverse proxy, server-side-encryption): None

Can the desktop client sync the enire user account database between our PC and the server (currently hosted on our webspace with Godaddy.

The ownCloud Desktop Client does a bi-directonal sync of any folder you direct it to ... so yes.

I know I can point it to the data directory at the PC end. But at the server end it only points to the folders in the account that I've logged in with.

I need to log in as a 'Super User' or something, so I can sync every user account with the PC as the same time.

Do I need to add every user account to the Desk Top Client?

Or is there a way to 'sync all' .
