Hello!
I have a strange thing happening with the desktop client: inside → [Activity] → [Not synchronized], there is a list of files that all start with [path]~$[filename], and when I try to access them through the explorer, they don’t exist (checkbox checked to show hidden files).
Is it desktop client or operating file system problem that makes them visible to owncloud and invisible to explorer?
