I'am using community version of owncloud. I am looking for someone who can do branding on the community version.

I was able to brand the community client but I’m looking forward on how to automate all distribution and windows packages since ownCloud openbuildservice is very confuse and unclear.

Have you found someone who’s can brand your owncloud?

Why not just get in touch with ownCloud enterprise and ask there instead of spending a lot of time (=money) yourself.
