Different source location for Photos and Videos on Android phone

Hello.

Since i like to auto save my pictures and videos to my owncloud i was wondering why i cant set a folder for photos and a different folder for the videos source location ?

My new phone is saving pictures and videos in separate folders and i cant really change that in the phone.
