Disable Run Wizard for new users

Hi. I using the ownCloud10.0.10 (stable).
I need to disable the Run Wizard Popup for the new users.
Sone one can help me to do that?

run this occ command:

occ app:disable firstrunwizard

Hey,

have you tried to disable the firstrunwizard from within the ownCloud admin backend where you can manage all installed apps as well?
