Distribute a file to all users

Hi all,

I’m running OwnCloud X 10.9.1.2 on a Univention appliance. I have a need to distribute a file to the root directory of every user’s directory - is there an easier way to do this other than impersonate every user and copy the file in? Also, is there a way to distribute this file to new users in the future, in the same way the “ownCloud Manual.pdf” is?

This is an easy one. Just copy that file below /core/skeleton.

For the first part, I don’t see any solution than scripting.
