Do exist an app to alert an user when another user open same file fo instance excel or word?
That is, if I open a file into a folder shared then if another user open same file into same folder share do owncloud notice me for this action?

No. For that we would need to understand state = it is open on another desktop. If hidden files are synced, sometimes the application locking mechanisms will work. However we are working on implementing a locking mechanism … the challenge however is not the locking, but when to allow unlock :wink:
