Do not use Owncloud X version?
The homepage says "owncloud X is out".
I can not install it as a package.
The 9.x version will also appear in the download link.
It was 10.x until a few days ago.

If you're running a productive system then yes, don't use ownCloud 10.0.0 for now and wait for 10.0.1 or 10.0.2 as explained in the release announcement:

Disclaimer: for production systems we recommend to wait for the first update release. it is to be expected in about 4 weeks.
