All url's to site are down and have been for awhile with Gateway Timeout.

Started working this morning. Accessing it from North America so not sure what the issue could have been but thanks for looking at it.
I have been unable to access any document on doc.owncloud.org for a couple of days (browser reports “connection failed”). Are there any known issues (also in browser settings)? Are there alternatives to access the manual (I need information on how to upgrade)? Thanks in advance!
