Docs for custom theme outdated?

Hey guys, is the theme section outdated? Because I’m trying to replace the logo above the credentials-box and it’s not working. Just stays the same.

I already reapplied my theme in Configuration > Apps.
I already restarted httpd.
I already reopened my browser tab (anonymous).
The files inside img/ are owned by root:apache, just like the others.
The file I edited is the /core/img/logo-icon.svg.

I’m using ownCloud 10.0.10 on CentOS 7.6.1810 with Apache 2.4.6.
PHP 5.6.40.

Ok, I found out that the logo at the login page is actually img/logo.svg. It seems the docs are indeed outdated.
